This Privacy Policy explains how Do More Business Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as "Sell More Loans" ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website at sellmoreloans.io and any related subdomains (the "Site"), submit a demo request, sign up for emails, or otherwise interact with us.

This policy covers our buyer-facing marketing site. It does not cover the borrower-facing intake operated under our Loansy brand at loansy.io — that intake operates under a separate Privacy Policy and TCPA Consent disclosure shown to borrowers at the moment of submission.

If you are a borrower whose information was delivered to a buyer through our service, please see the Loansy Privacy Policy and the consent disclosure shown to you at the moment you submitted your information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, sign up for emails, schedule a call, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you submit. This typically includes name, business name, business email, phone number, company size, role, lending vertical of interest, and any free-text message you include.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

IP address and approximate geolocation
Browser type, browser language, operating system, and device identifiers
Referring URL and exit URL
Pages visited, time on page, and scroll depth
Date and time of access
Interactions with embedded forms, video players, and download links

We collect this information using cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies and pixels in use.

Information from third parties. We may receive supplemental information about you from advertising platforms (including Meta / Facebook), analytics providers, and enrichment vendors who help us understand who is visiting the Site and which campaigns drove the visit.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Site is intended for business users only.

2. How we use the information
We use the information we collect to:

respond to your demo request, contact-form submission, or other inquiry
send transactional communications about your inquiry or active account
send marketing communications about Sell More Loans products, pricing, and updates, where permitted by law and subject to your opt-out preferences
improve the Site, measure ad performance, and optimize our marketing campaigns
prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations
create aggregate, de-identified analytics for business and product purposes
target advertising on Meta, Google, and other platforms, including audience modeling and lookalike audiences built from prospects who have engaged with us

3. How we share the information
We share information with the following categories of recipients:

Service providers. Cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, AWS, Cloudflare), email/SMS providers (HighLevel, SendGrid, Twilio), analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog), CRM and helpdesk software (Close, Front, HubSpot), payment processors (Stripe), and similar vendors who need the information to provide their services to us. These providers are contractually limited in their use of the information.

Advertising platforms. Meta / Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and similar platforms, for the purpose of measuring ad performance, building audiences, and serving relevant ads. We do not sell visitor data to these platforms, but we do share hashed identifiers and conversion events with them under standard advertiser agreements.

Professional advisors. Our attorneys, accountants, and auditors, when needed for legal, tax, or audit purposes.

Successors. If we are acquired, merged, or our assets are sold, the acquiring entity may receive Site visitor and prospect information as part of the transaction.

Legal compliance. Regulatory bodies, courts, and law enforcement when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of others, or the integrity of the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor information with any third party for that third party's independent marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure ad performance, and personalize your experience. Specifically, we use:

Strictly-necessary cookies for Site functionality and security
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog) to understand how the Site is used
Advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tag, LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure ad performance and build audiences
Functional cookies to remember preferences, including consent preferences

Advertising, Cookies, and the Meta Pixel
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on our websites and landing pages to deliver and measure our advertising, including advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

The Meta Pixel. Our pages use the Meta Pixel, a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you visit our site or take an action such as viewing a page or submitting a form, the Pixel may collect information including your device and browser details, IP address, the pages and content you interact with, and the actions you take. This information is shared with Meta.

How this information is used. We and Meta use this information to:

Show our ads to people who have visited our site or who resemble our existing audiences (including custom audiences and lookalike audiences).
Measure and optimize the performance of our ad campaigns.
Understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it.
This is a form of interest-based (or "retargeting") advertising. Meta processes the information it receives in accordance with its own policies and terms. You can review Meta's Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and its information about advertising at https://www.facebook.com/about/ads.

Your choices. You can control or limit this advertising in several ways:

Adjust your Meta ad preferences and "Off-Facebook activity" settings inside your Facebook or Instagram account.
Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org).

Manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect how our site functions.

Opting out stops interest-based ad targeting; you may still see ads from us, but they will not be tailored based on this activity.

5. Your choices and rights

Marketing opt-out. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by emailing support@sellmoreloans.io. To stop marketing text messages, reply STOP to any text we send. Transactional communications related to a demo request or active account may continue after marketing opt-out.

Cookie controls. You can control most cookies through your browser settings or through the consent banner shown when you first visit the Site. Note that disabling certain cookies may degrade Site functionality.

Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no industry standard for what to do in response.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, to access specific pieces of personal information, to correct inaccurate personal information, to delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions), to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information; we do share information with advertising platforms in ways that may qualify as "sharing" under CPRA — see below for opt-out), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, email support@sellmoreloans.io.

Other states (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others). If you reside in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and opt-out from targeted advertising. Email support@sellmoreloans.io to exercise them.

EU / UK residents. We do not currently market the Site to EU or UK residents. If you reach us from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By submitting information through the Site, you consent to that transfer.

Opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of our use of Meta Pixel and similar tools for advertising by using the Global Privacy Control browser signal, by adjusting cookie preferences through our consent banner, or by contacting support@sellmoreloans.io.

6. Data security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest where applicable, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention
We retain Site visitor information for as long as needed to operate the Site, respond to your inquiry, comply with legal obligations, defend against claims, and operate our marketing. Typical retention periods:

Server logs and analytics: 24 months
Demo requests and form submissions: 5 years
Marketing email subscribers: until unsubscribe, then 12 months in a suppression list Information collected via advertising pixels: per the platform's retention policy (typically 7-25 months)

8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact support@sellmoreloans.io and we will delete it.

9. International users
The Site is hosted and operated in the United States. By using the Site, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We will post material updates to this page and, where required, notify you directly.
