These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sell More Loans website at sellmoreloans.io and any related subdomains (the "Site"), and any features, content, or services made available on the Site (collectively, the "Services").

The Site and Services are operated by **Do More Business Inc.**, a Delaware corporation doing business as "Sell More Loans" ("we," "us," or "our"), with an operating address at 9481 Highland Oak Drive, Unit 1307, Tampa, Florida 33647.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

## 1. Who can use the Site

You may use the Site only if (a) you are at least 18 years old, (b) you have authority to enter into binding agreements, and (c) you are accessing the Site from within the United States or another jurisdiction where our Services are lawfully available. The Site is intended for business users — small-business lenders, brokers, agencies, and similar parties evaluating or buying business-lending leads.

## 2. What the Site is and is not

The Site is a marketing and informational surface that lets prospective buyers learn about our lead-marketplace service, request a demo, and view product details. The Site itself does not deliver leads. Delivery of leads requires a separate signed Sell More Loans Buyer Services Agreement and account activation through our onboarding wizard.

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell leads, a financial recommendation, legal advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Pricing pages, sample-lead pages, and case-study content are illustrative.

## 3. Account creation and demo requests

When you submit a contact form, request a demo, schedule a call, sign up for emails, or otherwise share information with us through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate, that you have authority to share it, and that you understand we may follow up by phone, email, or text consistent with our [TCPA Consent & Communications Policy](/tcpa) and [Privacy Policy](/privacy).

## 4. Permitted use of the Site

You may view the Site, download materials made available for download, and submit demo requests for your own commercial evaluation. You may not:

- scrape, copy, or harvest content from the Site by automated means;
- frame, mirror, republish, or re-sell any portion of the Site;
- reverse-engineer the Site's code, infrastructure, or pricing engine;
- use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications, including pitching us through forms intended for buyer inquiries;
- interfere with the operation of the Site, including denial-of-service, vulnerability probing without authorization, or any attempt to bypass access controls;
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law, including export-control laws and U.S. sanctions regulations.

## 5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "Sell More Loans" name, product names, page layouts, photography, and software — is owned by Do More Business Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You receive no license to use any of it except the limited rights described in Section 4.

## 6. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to third-party websites, including integration partners (HighLevel, HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, Convoso, CallTools, Kixie, Stripe, and others), help-center articles, and reference materials. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Following an external link is at your own risk.

## 7. Pricing displayed on the Site

Pricing, configuration options, and example quotes shown on the Site are illustrative and may change at any time. The price you actually pay for leads is the price computed by our pricing engine at the moment you place an Order through the buyer portal, after entering into the Buyer Services Agreement. We are not bound by any price shown on the Site that conflicts with the engine-quoted price at order placement.

## 8. No professional advice

The Site contains information about business lending, lead generation, marketing, and related topics. None of this content is legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or regulatory advice. Always consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions for your business.

## 9. Communications

By submitting a contact form, demo request, or other inquiry, you consent to receive communications from us about your inquiry and about the Sell More Loans Services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting support@sellmoreloans.io. Transactional communications related to an active demo request or active account may continue regardless of marketing opt-out status.

## 10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF MALICIOUS CODE; THAT INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT; OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

## 11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DO MORE BUSINESS INC. OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). If you become a buyer under a signed Buyer Services Agreement, the limitation of liability in that Agreement, not this Section, governs your buyer relationship.

## 12. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Do More Business Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law in connection with your use of the Site, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

## 13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse. Sections that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 — will continue to apply.

## 14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms (other than disputes that fall under the Buyer Services Agreement, which has its own dispute-resolution provisions) will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS pursuant to its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, before a single arbitrator, seated in Wilmington, Delaware (or by videoconference at the arbitrator's election). The arbitrator's award is final and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

**CLASS ACTION WAIVER.** YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER.

**JURY TRIAL WAIVER.** TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY for any claim that proceeds in court instead of arbitration.

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it is forever barred.

## 15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
